1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Custom-made or special orders may require additional production time and are usually processed within 2–20 business days, depending on complexity.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.


2. Delivery Methods

Available delivery options are shown during checkout.

Where possible, delivery is handled via trusted shipping partners.
Personal delivery may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Latvia: 2–5 business days

  • Lithuania & Estonia: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • postal service delays

  • customs processing

  • local holidays

  • external factors beyond our control

Le Design Customs cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and currently are:

  • Latvia: €3.00

  • Lithuania & Estonia: €6.00

  • International shipping: €6.00

🎁 Free shipping is available for orders over €50 within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.


5. Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the European Union:

  • customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • these costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Le Design Customs is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.


6. Delivery Issues & Damages

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged:

  • please document the damage (photos recommended)

  • contact us before installing or using the product

Minor marks caused during shipping or handling do not automatically constitute manufacturing defects.

Any delivery-related issues must be reported before installation or use, in accordance with our Refund Policy and Custom Orders, Quality & Installation Policy.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing an order.

Le Design Customs is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping costs for resending an order may apply.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider.

While we will assist in resolving delivery issues, Le Design Customs is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
