Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery times are counted from the dispatch date:
- Latvia: 1–3 business days.
- Lithuania / Estonia: 2–5 business days.
- International: 5–25 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates. International shipments may be delayed by customs.
Shipping costs
- Latvia: €3.55.
- International: €9.50.
- Free Baltic shipping on orders over €50 — Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Right of withdrawal
For eligible products, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Returning an item
Contact us for the return address and instructions before sending your item back.
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Pack it securely to prevent damage during transport.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function reduces its value, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.
Return costs
You cover the direct return shipping costs. If the item is defective or does not match your order, contact us — we cover the necessary return costs.
Custom and personalised products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as decals featuring your own text, logo or bespoke design.
This does not affect your rights if the product is defective or does not match your order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever comes first.
For a full-order withdrawal, we also refund the standard outbound delivery cost. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery method are not refundable.
