Right of Refusal:

The buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the product by sending a letter of rejection to the seller.

The seller will provide the cancellation letter form upon request by the buyer through email. The buyer must return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal.

The buyer is responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with returning the goods to the seller.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if:

• The ordered goods are perishable or can be used up quickly or cannot be returned due to their nature.
• The ordered goods are made directly for the buyer according to an individual order.
• The packaging of the audio recording or video recording or computer programs has been opened by the buyer.
• The product is intentionally damaged or the file is digital.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal".

The seller reserves the right to refuse the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the product is damaged, neglected during use, the instructions in the manual are not followed, the product's original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.
